Job Description:

• Location: Sport Med and Rehab Winter Park Village, 351 N Orlando Ave Winter Park
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4pm - 7pm, Friday 11am - 6pm
• This role will assist with Ortho Physical Therapist
• Anticipates needs and assists staff with patient care, treatment, and other tasks by promptly carrying out assigned activities.
• Ensures patient and staff safety by recognizing and responding appropriately to situations that increase risk.
• Prepares treatment room/area for patients and maintains a safe, clean care environment.
• Assists in patient care duties under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Communicates effectively with patients, family, and healthcare professionals within and across care settings and communities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to read, write, and speak conversational English
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions

Education:
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Field of Study:
• Pursuing Physical Therapy, Athletic Training or Rehab career path

Licenses and Certifications:
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$15.30 - $22.95
